well, u have to get use to singing or playing your guitar in front of people, .the more u do your talent in front of auditions, the more u want have stage fright..its hard at first but once u feel the auditions like what they hear and see, the more confidence u will feel and that is when u can tackle your fears of performing in front of an auditions..but u have to start being in front of a auditions first alot, as much as u can then u will get use to it..and have someone with u to support u too..i hope this help some..
