I have a battery backup older model LED battery backup came out after we bought of course haha. It also has built in wifi capability for your cell phone it was a add on when I bought ours some people love that feature
David, Check and make sure the interior garage door panel has not been set to lock status if so fix that, make sure sensors make contact to each other remove any debris on or around them then try with all methods (remote, exterior garage door panel opener, and interior garage door panel opener) if it still do not open you may need to make a service call unless others here have other options to try.
