I walked in at 9:40 pm and the manager yells from the back "we are closed" so I stand with my coworkers who had just placed an order. A gentleman walks in shortly after and the manager on shift walks out from behind the counter to inform the gentlemen they are closed. The gentleman says something to him and the manager lets him stay in line to place an older. I ask for the manager so he can shed some light on this situation. The manager tells me the gentleman only got drinks (that was a lie) I tell the manager that the guy had just picked up his food so the manager tells me that the kitchen was backed up. Can someone help me to understand why the guy after me got to eat and i did not?! Also need the number to corporate please and thank you.

Never had that experience but they probably wanted to leave on time. But send a email to Management.
I have been there several times and I have never experienced this behavior. I have always received excellent customer service. However, can it happen? Im sure it can. You can always express your concerns with management.

I have not seen this... They have always been friendly to me and delivered excellent customer service.
