Print a copy of your receipt you should have received in your email.
Go to service desk with item and you can receive a gift card for the amount of the return.
Also Customer Service in-store can do almost anything...
If you ordered through the walmart app, go to 'account' and then choose 'order history'.. you should be able to view the order details and start a return from there.
