There is a section on each lot that is for sale. In the terms of the auction is a set "buyer's premium" for each lot. Typically what I have seen is 15% will be added to your winning bid. Hope this helps
Yes it is a 15% buyers fee plus taxes on most I think. Some items as in a car will not be taxed as it will be taxed by the state upon registration.
