Has anyone else had horrible service....me and my wife had a hard time getting waited on the girl couldn't seem to put her cell phone down then when our food came out the wife's was totally wrong so then I ate and when I was finished hers came out...

I didn't know they provided service. On my visit I walked to the counter 3 times to ask for refills on our drinks only to find no one there. Was not impressed. No one came to ask if our food was ok...which it wasn't. By the way never order the big nasty...the name says it all.

There was a girl who I noticed had customer service issues the last time my husband and I went about a week or two ago. We had our 9 month old son with us and she didn't offer a highchair. We thought maybe because they were out for the public to grab but when we noticed they were behind the counter, she had a little attitude getting us one.
