Yes communication is everything. Those guys bring proper professional questions out of the box, but don't hesitate to have a dialogue with them. I personally had a great customer experience here, they repaired my beard 100% within the possible framework after it was messed up two days before by a barbershop next door. Have fun - this is definitely the right place for beards. Plus the price here was even lower than the barber next door.
