Need some management here the kids are running this place in the ground no service didn't get anything I ordered and had to go up and have someone to get my food used to be one of the best restaurants in town !!!!!!!!

The service at night has been in the pitts for a long time. I stopped while the manager was there on day shift and complained and was told it would change. Given a $20 gift card and here it is a year later and it is still bad. We usually get smoothies and the bottom quarter of the glass is ice chips. Not good for busy. We stop going at all.

I like DQ. The employees are always very nice to me and my orders are always correct. Yes, sometimes I have to wait in the drive-thru line, but all restaurants are like that. I also like the menu choices. Keep up the good work! And no...I don't work there; these are my honest opinions.

I agree. Food is good but service is lousy. I live in cannelton and work and troy and seems like i gotta leave an hour early to make it to work on time if I wanna go to DQ because even with no customers there it takes me the better part of 30 minutes just to get my meal.
