I think the 88 answer is about right. There are a lot of outlet stores here and its by the zoo and state park.
Lighthouse Place Premium Outlets is located in Michigan City, Indiana and offers 84 stores. Minus probably 4 or 5.
I'm not sure but there's easily more than 15! You've got to go get that outdoor outlet experience.
