You have 2 hours free. There are validation machines by the exits of Mariano's and other businesses. It's $6 an hour after the 2 hours. Some people takes their cars out and re-enter within 2 hours to avoid paying if they are staying longer.
Yes it is for the first 2 hours but parking ticket must be validated in the store
