They are not required for the bar. But if you plan on sitting on the patio or if you want a table it is best that you do have a reservation for peak hours

Absolutely five star quality food go to the sunset special between 5 and 6 and you'll get it for half the price
Depends on the day and time. During happy hour, it's crazy and a good idea. Later on, not so much.

If it is for Happy Hour they do not take reservation so worth the wait though. They have a special menu from 5 to 6 called sunset dinners very reasonable you can make reservation for dinner. Gets really full. Their menus is on their website
