Employees at the theater were very helpful. Yes, I should have received and email confirmation but I didn't SO a little advice ..... IF YOU PURCHASE RESERVED SEATING FROM REGENCY PLEASE TAKE A SCREENSHOT OF YOUR COMFIRMATION NUMBER :)
