According to their website, their hours are 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, weekends and holidays 9:30 to 5. It does not mention anything about seasonal changes of hours.
I'm pretty sure it's 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. All year round
