For passport appointments and they must get in after 8.30 on Fridays and try several times I have gotten appointments at 10.40 as at 8.30 they try all morning. And for other procedures and obtained any day of the week between 8.30 and 11 in the morning. They must try many times if they date colo they must be patient

I am the same and nothing there is no response consulate in havana impossible to make an appointment
