They don't clean the menus between guests, so I bet they don't clean any of the table service either (salt and pepper, ketchup, etc.). I would imagine they wipe off the tables in between guests, but I didn't see any disinfectant. That doesn't mean that they don't use it, they just don't make it obvious that they are concerned about cleanliness there.
