Is there any tpye of thing for those who are hearing impaired?

Hi Adam..yes they do. I just called Cinemark for you & the employee who answered told me to tell you that they have 2 services available. For the hard of hearing they have head phones, & for the deaf they have "CC" (closed captioning). Hope this helps. ☺
