Just call and ask them. They're honest, and would probably Define with you ordering the parts on your own elsewhere and would only charge a fair price for the labor, however obviously if you don't have the skill or background to know exactly what would be needed to do the job you'd be better off letting them do the parts purchase and they get a discount from most distributors which they often pass on to the customer. You wouldn't save much buying the part yourself again unless you know a way to get exactly what's needed.
Find out what you need and buy your own sets of breaks. Just pay them for the job
