No. At least I didn't see any. The path to the beach is rocky. But call to make sure.

Call them to ask, but I don't think so unless there is a handicapped entrance further down the path. The main one has steps up to the deck and I don't recall a ramp.

The trail leads right to the beach, which is covered with sand. There are stairs but if I remember correctly there is a ramp to the left side of the stairs. If the wheelchair is capable of rolling over sand, I don't see why you can't get close enough!
