Is it customary to make your customers wait almost 10 minutes to be waited on when 3 of the wait staff know you're sitting there? They weren't busy at the time!

That was my first time coming to Dennys in years because I am from Augusta, GA we don't have one near by. So, I would think the amount of people they are waiting on could be the a factor.
