We offer a few course options for those interested in obtaining their Florida Concealed Weapon or Firearm License: 1. Introduction to Handgun Course - This 4 Hour class is designed to teach the student the basic knowledge and attitudes necessary for selecting owning and using the pistol of their choice safely and effectively. Topics covered include: Safe gun handling, weapon selection, firearm nomenclature and manipulation, ammunition options and applications, fundamentals of pistol shooting including, grip options, stance options, sighting fundamentals, trigger control. 2. Florida Concealed Weapon or Firearm License Course - This 2.5 hour course meets the requirements to apply for a Florida Concealed Weapon or Firearm License. Topics covered include firearms safety, individual legal responsibility, Florida law requirements, and the application process. This class is for experienced Handgun shooters able to demonstrate competency in a 25 round on-range qualification.
