I bought 16472 antenna 3 months ago. I don’t see signal level indicator show up. I think it’s out of work. I knew I had 1 year warranty but I lost receipts can I return it or change another one?

Not without the receipt and yes if you purchased it with a credit or debit card it would show up on your statement which is also proof of purchase.

Maybe if you bought it with a credit or debit card. The card should be in the system. Always best to have receipts though.

If you bought it with a credit/debit card you would be able to return. If you bought it online, and if it has a seller other than Walmart, contact the seller first. If you are still under warranty the seller should instruct you if you could drop at Walmart or send you a return label for UPS or FedEx, which ever the seller prefers and you could pack it and drop it.

If it's their product they usually give a gift card without a receipt or credit your card back.
