In my opinion there phones would be located in customer service and everyone that goes to Walmart knows how there swamped at customer service and there usually under staffed and huge lines so how could Walmart add more on the service desk staff I don't agree they should have someone with knowledge to answer phone and people with questions
From what I've seen, the customer service counter only has two workers handling everything except the phones cause they're too busy helping customers
I agree with you I think we should get a hold of someone from the corporate level and voice all grievances.

Reach out to them on Facebook to let them know of your issue of not being able to contact the store. They need to know. But it's not just this Walmart, it's impossible to reach any of them.
