Yes indeed the Next of Ken should be eligible for the payout (COMPENSATION) being that they are the Ken meaning ( CHILDREN).
If he was diagnosed with any of the health issues tied to the toxic water in Camp Lejeune and or passed due to one of those reasons they have listed I believe that answer to be absolutely yes.
