2 times I send my all requested documents to this adress (Kendal office )but both times Cartier did not deliver .Its says could not access the delivery location .How it’s possible .Do they need any access just to drop off ?

The USCIS WEBSITE says that "Do not send completed forms or documentation to this address. You must send your documentation to the address listed on your form". When I did my immigration process, I sent all forms and documentation to another address. Please, check the form(s) or letter that they sent you. Probably say the address where you must send your documentation. Good luck.

It has to be delivered before 2pm by mail. If the postman comes later than 2, they will not have access to the mail room
