Pasta with tomato sauce or pesto sauce are the only two kind I saw on their menu board.
The tomato sauce contains butter but it can be removed if you ask them. When the butter is removed then yes the tomato sauce is vegan. The only vegan pasta option is penne or gnocchi.
Yes I believe the only vegan pasta is the gnocchi and the sauce is the arrabbita sauce. That's what the menu says so not many options for you
@eunice, they are vegetarian, but the pasta is made using eggs. The eggs in the pasta make them unsuitable for vegans. I believe the pesto contains cheese. I'm not sure if that cheese is made with rennet or a microbial coagulant. As a vegetarian I enjoyed a few items on the menu and they were delicious. I would not recommend that a vegan go without contacting the staff first.
