So I called and literally they left me for about 35 minutes and someone picked up and said “hi” and then he said “give me one minute” and then I had to wait another 35 minutes because he didn’t want to answer the phone :(

Sorry about your experience. In store it's amazing but I have had hiccups over the phone as well (repeatedly dropped calls 🤔).
