OneWorld is able to help patients access psychiatry services. In order to access these services, patients will first need to make an appointment with their primary care provider to talk about their behavioral health care needs. Many primary care providers will offer treatment for mental health conditions, but they will refer patients to a specialist if needed.

Yes they can do over the phone and in house appointment. Topically 30 mins per appointment

I am not sure that One World does, but Charles Drew Health Center does.
