I currently use a cpap but would like to consider an oral appliance instead. Years ago, I visited Dr. Roubal's office but was told I had to fail at using the cpap, before he would treat me. Is that still the case?

Yeah it is still the case at least for me, but mine had to deal with my insurance. They are extremely helpful at Dr. Roubal's and will do all they can to help you!

I'm not sure as I've been using mouth piece for several years. I know you have to have certain numbers on sleep study.
