You will need to take a picture in. Each had their own prices. They are really good.

You'll need to speak to the artist you would like to do the piece. Artist's hourly rates vary between each of them, and they'll be able to say how long they think it would take to complete (and thus give you a ballpark price). This is true for almost any tattoo parlor.
