You should bring an idea of what you want into the studio for them to look at and they will quote you a price.

Hi Michelle, Portraits can be done, however, the decision will be up to the artist after he or she has reviewed the actual photo you want to get tattooed. We can only use good quality photos with a high resolution/contrast. Please bring one by for us to review at your convenience. Also, we are very sorry for your loss.
They do have options...but you can bring in ideas. They are wonderful at giving ideas and work until they get something you will absolutely love. Staff there are the greatest...especially Stacey
