Can you get a refund for one person if they are unable to attend? Another words, if you booked an escape room for three people and one person can’t go can you get a refund for the one person when you’ve already paid?

I believe so... they are really great there and are willing to work with you as long as communicate with them beforehand I dont see why they wouldn't.

I don't think so. They have given me store credit though.
