Is it me? Or does anyone else have the issue of not being able to get through with calls made to brevard health alliance?

Me too! I just tried to call and it wouldn't let me get to where I wanted. Need refills, (non narcotic) mecelizine,Simvastin,singular and others. Have to have meds. SMH and how many times you push right buttons and it still will not work. My pharmacy and I have been trying since the 6th.

I just called and was on hold for 30 minutes

I just called, it seems after 1:15 pm on Mondays they usually answer.

not just you. like Christine pointed out, they're understaffed. :(

It's not just you. It happens to everyone. They got good intentions at BAG, but not enough folks to handle the need. & they just lost their best doctor last month, retired.
