My neighbor is taking me to court for a property dispute. I removed overgrown brush,vines from my property and they grew over his property and he states I took away is privacy and wind break and unlawfully took from his property and owe him$10,000

They won't assist you with any legal services unless you are within there qualifications financially below 10,000 a year per income but anything over they refer you to the Florida bar assc. And good luck with that!

There is a financial qualification, but there are also exceptions such as being a senior or a victim of domestic violence. If they are unable to qualify you, they will refer u to the Florida bar and/or the Legal aid society in your area. Those that they cant help they do great work for.
