Definitely paths through nature at this park. Our cross country team runs them all the time. They are not well marked from a distance standpoint but well cleared and runnable. Our team brings a couple of dogs to practice and never had any issues.
Rodes park has a "no dogs allowed except service dogs" listed on the entrance sign, but i have spoken with 3 park attendants and they indicated it is not enforced. As far as trails, the outer perimeter is the most country experience. It ajoins a country service road on tbe west side that has woods on both sides. Only about a 3/8 mile but enjoyable.
No fitness trail. But dogs, and all types of animals are allowed. Ive seen a cat on a leash lol
Dogs allowed on leash
Dogs allowed. Walking trail is there
Not a fitness trail, sidewalks, and a few small paths, not sure about dogs, probably not, I've never seen anyone with a dog
