How come when I call the main line to Shnucks in Carbondale Illinois..... It rings a couple times then .... Blank sound .. Nothing ?

Our telephone system is in the process of being fixed. This happens when we call the store also.

Maybe you could tell the service desk the next time you are in the store? I have not had that problem with this store

I can't answer that question I don't work at Schnucks anytime I call it and it tells me where to go and I go to that number somebody always pick

I've never had that issue. Should go to a phone menu and then you hit a department. If that doesn't work spam 0
