Separate in what sense? The obvious answer is in how they package it. You could also mean not to mix the two in the cooking process (i.e. separate grills, utensils, etc). If it's the former scenario, its somewhat suprising to hear that they wouldn't separate the two. (You could just call in two separate orders for that case). I can understand the second scenario a bit more as a reason why they cannot fully separate the two. I'm certainly not a health expert or inspector however.

We cook everything on the same pit so there is no way to fully separate during the cooking process. As far as separation in the packaging it depends on what/how you order. If you order a plate, tray or meal which includes both pork and beef then that is exactly how it comes, mixed. We know some people have allergies and preferences which is why we have trays which do not include any pork to satisfy these circumstances. Hope this helps everyone!

I'm not sure what you mean by this, I am allergic to pork and never get pork there. I always get beef and chicken. I've never had an issue.
