I'm allergic to peanuts too, but I don't have a problem with peanut oil (somthing to do with the proteins after processing). I've never had a problem there. I just ask for no peanuts and mention that I have an allergy. They are always really nice and understanding about it. I get their Pad Thai almost every time I go and have had no issues.
