Agreed. The Medford location had one of the worst service experiences my husband and I have ever had.
Lmao maybe dont seat yourself and expect anybody to know that you need help, waiters check on the tables they seat hence you sit yourself you dont get helped

Maybe instead of complaining you should be thankful this restaurant is in Medford. Do a good deed for the day instead.
Coming from Sacramento i can say this is one of the best locations ive ever been to. They are always so friendly and for how busy they can get their service is pretty spot on.
Wow, that is shocking to me. The Medford location has always been my favorite. The one in Corvallis has always been rude, and complacent. I will remember this.
