You can park anywhere on 39th st and they also own the rib joint across the street, that parking lot you can utilize as well and they own the Motel connected in which you can utilize the lot also.

Pearl's Place has 2 complimentary parking lots that accommodate over 100 vehicles. One is located in the Amber Inn lot directly behind Pearl's Place and the other lot is directly across the street in our sister store Xpress' Restaurant Parking Lot.
There is a lot to the side of them where you can park. It's theirs even though there is a hotel there as well.
