the other day I placed an order the order was wrong when I call to let them know that the order was wrong someone answered the phone and said it down and I listen to the laugh and joke for 35 minutes when I went up to the store to stay were still on

Customer is always right and they always mess up orders but what they did is Disrespectful #FREE FOOD FOR DEEDEE

I had Bought a drink cup earlier that day,and went in to the Norwood JACK in the box to get water and the employee named Trevon accused me of stealing the cup from behind the counter, what a horrible allegation. I was so embarrassed, and I never will go to that location again. They alsi close the whole lobby down at 10:30pm, and lock all doors, but their sign says until Midnight??? Is anyone monitoring them? They should be.....
