I heard that you can order a pizza that is 'half-baked' and save it to finish baking at a later date, is that true?

Hi Rebecca, Yes we can prepare any pizza half baked. This is very common in Chicago as a deep dish pizza can be half baked and also frozen if desired. The benefit to half baked is that the pizza holds its shape and won't over brown during reheating. Our pizza boxes have directions for half baked pizzas as well. Eric Schnetz - Founder
