If your asking if there's places at this mall where you can hang out and have some type of privacy... to some extent yes... I think about only half of the openings in this mall are filled with tenants... there's not a lot of traffic in this mall. If your asking if it's privately owned, I would not have a clue. I hope that I was able to answer your question.

You can go there and feel like you own the place.
