If me and my boyfriend go, do we both have to pay to eat at the buffet or is it a single price no matter how many people?

Each of you pay individually, keep in mind that on days other than Sunday they close from 3-5. Before 3 is considered lunch which is a couple dollars less expensive but you are not allowed to do custom orders. After 5 is dinner, $16.49 or thereabouts, but you can order custom sushi if you want. Sundays they do not close midday and it is considered dinner the whole time.
