It depends on your flight. I'm pretty sure you can't. Unless you contact your airline company. Yes, you have to learn to speak English some people aren't lenient with foreigners that can barely speak English.

No, There is a train upstairs who travel from Terminal 1 to Terminal 4 (international arrival and departure), in many cases, Terminal 4 is used as domestic flights for some airlines, the train is free and it is passing and stopping very often, check your boarding pass to see what terminal will depart your flight, otherwise look in the departures screens available in all train station entries and so on.
