We had tickets from Kazakhstan to Poland , From Poland to New York ( JFK) Do they accept all passengers? Someone telling the passengers from Europe do not allowed to USA. Is it true?

Not true. If you completely vaccinated, you must have a Covid PCR test 72 hers prior to flight then sign a form stating you have had no symptoms.
