There are no direct trains from New Jersey to JFK. Without being coy, I'd change my flight to leave from EWR (Newark) if you are on that side of the Hudson. That being said, you have several train options with transfers required. Fastest: From Hoboken or Secaucus, take an NJT (New Jersey Transit) train to NY Penn Station. In the station, transfer to any LIRR (Long Island Rail Road) train that stops at Jamaica (most LIRR trains do save for a few). Just look for the electronic signs and find one that says "Jamaica" as a stop. Get off at Jamaica, head up the stairs to the main station and follow signs to the JFK AirTrain. Cheapest: From Hoboken, take the PATH subway to WTC. Exit the PATH into the main station, then follow signs for a Queens-bound E train. Take that to Suthpin Ave/JFK, then follow the signs to the AirTrain.
🙏 long journey
