When was Ocean Terrace Condominiums built, what year?

I would think in the 1970's, but they are very well maintained and most owners update.

The architecture would put it in the 1970's.

I would say it was built in the late 1970s so it is likely about 40 years old.

I could only guess it's at least 30 or more years old
