I have plans to visit and stay in the French Quarter for 11 nights in mid January. The place I'm staying will not refund me if I cancel now. What are the covid restrictions in New Orleans?

A few places are open but maybe not enough for 11-day visit. I recommend The Drinker on Bourbon street

We were there in Nov and everything was open. Masks were needed everywhere. We were told that a few weeks before we were there, the COVID restrictions closed all of the bars. So...in January I'm unsure if bars will be open. They may not be

They doing last call at 11pm I was so shocked at that one but some places still doing live music. A lot of the yours are still going if you into that stuff.

New restrictions are going to be announced tomorrow. Expect that the bars will be closed at least for a couple weeks.

Yea i was just on on bourbon street last weekend, they are closing bars/restaurants at 11pm

You have to wear your mask, and the bars on Bourbon Street are still open with limited menus. Some hours are different, but we still had a blast on Halloween.
