Ever since Covid, calling anywhere or anyone is so impossible. Going online is mainly what's going on now. Perhaps people are no longer working from home to answer calls. And yes they as are extremely busy helping customers. Contact HQ, maybe someone there will answer.
The worst service ever. And in the store you can't find anyone to help.
I believe every home depot is understaffed but no one should not ever answer the phone I've also encountered calling for a week and no 1 has answered the phone and many Riverhead mainly

It's a very busy store. I never see the employees sitting around. Sometimes helping multiple customers at a time. Its best to go online to see if they have the item you're looking for before you go.
