Has anyone else had received a defective cartridge that breaks after a single use, then had the staff tell them there's nothing they can do?

They have ALWAYS replaced or gave me a partial credit. I feel like there always fare.

Yes bring in leaking cartridge with whatever you cleaned it up with & they will replace.

YES!!! AND that's why I no longer purchase their vapes..there is always quite a bit that can't be extracted !! Combine 4 of them with the remaining that can't be extracted and it adds up to 1 cartidge!! Also going down to 1/2 GRAM at same price...they no longer care about the patient and only want to maximize the already huge profits Un frkn acceptable! Forcing patients to go on blk market Shameful

Multiple cartridges !! They replaced 1, bit it seems insane when spending $55 on a cartridge and it is empty in a day! Only smoke when needed , and noway only 2 hits it should be empty!!

I take it you have the magnetic pen because I have three of them break on me before I switched over for $5 it was worth it to the screw on type! Had it for yr. now and none of them have broke on me they have a brand new one out it's called the palm the magnet is not as strong as the other one and the capsule is made much better if you don't like that one they have another Jupiter batterie out that screws on if you like something small and discreet I suggest the Palm if not get the batteries with the screw on it. I had a experience with a so-called manager who gave me a hard time when I went in with a complaint of a product I purchased told me there was nothing he could do there was nothing wrong with the product told me the product had been handled which was a lie I'll never go there again... This was on shatter that melted completely couldn't get it off the plastic they put it on

So far cartridges have been fine. I've bought 3 or 4 so far. Taste far better than tcs. And feels way better on my body.
